The third Sunday of every month is a Club Meeting Day to discuss business and activities and ends with a sausage sizzle and good company. Also most months there is a social outings, such as a luncheon, picnic day or visiting places of interest.

When the Shed is open the kitchen is open for coffee, tea and biscuits at any time. At the end of a working session there is time to relax and have a good yarn over a drink of your choice.

Christmas is the excuse for a great party for you and your partner, all provided by the Club.

Craft and Arts on Show is the major fundraising activity undertaken by the Club.  This show is held at the Bathurst Showground each year October/November. The show consists of judged classes for woodwork and other craft activities and hosts a range of stalls which have goods for sale as well as a renowned art show.  The Craft and Arts on Show showcases the many talents of the Bathurst community and beyond and the Woodies group are very proud to be apart of this project.
